Daily departures
Do not miss this extraordinary offer! You’ll embark on an
adventure in Canaima National Park while visiting Ucaima, Golondrina,
Wadaima and Hacha Falls, exploring Sapo and Sapito Falls; Navigationing
on the Carrao and Churun Rivers inside the ‘Cañón
del Diablo’ and finally arriving at the foot of the highest
waterfall in the world! The imposing Angel Falls!
1- Duration: 3 days and 2 nights
2- It includes: *Transfer by air from Puerto Ordaz or Ciudad
Bolivar - Canaima – Puerto Ordaz or Ciudad Bolívar,*
tour guide *, excursions, lodgings and meals are described in the
itinerary * First aid kit.
3- Not included: Alcoholic beverages, airport tax, and
entrance to the National Park.
Daily Departures
Day 1:
Our tour begins at 7:00 a.m. from Ciudad Bolívar, or at 9:00
a.m. from Puerto Ordaz, where we will take a light aircraft towards
Canaima. We will navigate in a dugout canoe through the beautiful
‘Laguna de Canaima’ and gaze at Ucaima, Golondrinas,
Wadaima and Hacha Falls. Then we will arrive at a camp located in
Anatoly Island with a view of Hacha Falls. In the afternoon, we
will enjoy an excursion in ‘El Sapo’ and ‘El Sapito’
Falls. At night, we will have a beach excursion, across the Hacha
Falls. Overnight stay in hammocks with mosquito nettings. (L/D)
Day 2:
In the morning, we will transport by dugout through the
Laguna de Canaima, and then we will hike to ‘Puerto Ucaima’,
including a visit to the viewpoint. When in the dugout we will navigate
the Carrao River all the way to the Mayupa torrent, where we will
enjoy a walk on the savanna. Our navigation will continue until
reaching ‘El pozo de la felicidad’, and then we will
navigate towards ‘la Isla Raton’ [Raton Island]. We
will start a 1-hour walk in the jungle that will lead us to a viewpoint
across from the Angel Falls. Overnight stay at Isla de Raton, in
hammocks with mosquito nettings. (B/L/D)
Day 3:
Return to Canaima. Arrival at the camp in order to pick
up the luggage and walk towards the airport to take the 2:00 p.m.
flight to Ciudad Bolivar or Puerto Ordaz. (B)
